True Life FC, a Division Two club from the Greater Accra Region, has booked a place in the Round of 16 of the 2026 MTN FA Cup, emerging as the only Division Two side left in the competition.

The impressive cup run continues after the club’s historic Round of 64 victory over Ghanaian giants Accra Hearts of Oak, where they secured a narrow 1–0 win. Building on that momentum, True Life FC travelled to Sogakope last Sunday and produced another stunning performance, defeating WAFA, a Division One club side, by the same 1–0 scoreline in a highly competitive encounter.

Despite playing away from home, True Life FC dominated proceedings and turned the WAFA Park into what felt like a home venue. Their determined and scintillating display earned them loud applause from spectators at the final whistle, with supporters chanting the team’s name in admiration.

The decisive moment of the match came when Isaac Arhin delivered a breathtaking free kick that flew straight into the net, sealing a famous victory for the underdogs.

With this result, True Life FC advances to the Round of 16 of the MTN FA Cup and proudly stands as the only Division Two club still competing in the tournament.

Unfortunately, the other GARFA Division Two club in the competition, AsanSka FC couldn’t make it past Premier League side Dreams FC, as they succumbed to a 2-0 defeat.
