The Chairman of the Greater Accra Regional Football Association (GARFA), Mr. Samuel Aboabire, convened a crucial strategic meeting on Thursday with the various competition committees ahead of the 2025/26 football season.

The engagement, held at the Media Center of the Accra Sports Stadium, brought together key stakeholders responsible for organizing and managing the region’s leagues. Discussions centered on enhancing the branding and marketing of the region’s competitions, particularly through GARFA’s social media platforms and external partnerships, to boost visibility and attract wider support.

In his address, Mr. Aboabire underscored the importance of innovation, professionalism, and commitment to excellence in all aspects of league organization. He praised the committees for their dedication and commitment over the years and also highlighted the collective efforts that have elevated GARFA’s stature within Ghana football.
