The Greater Accra Regional Football Association (GARFA), with members of its executive committee including Chairman Samuel Aboabire aka Kattah, Vice Chairman Gordon Gabriel Kwao, League Board Chairman George Aforklenyuie, and Chairman of the Juvenile Football Committee Michael Fiaduse, has recognized Maxwell Techie, CEO of IMAX Group, for his tremendous and immeasurable contributions to the growth of football in the regional capital

IMax Media has been the sole broadcaster of GARFA’s organized competitions, which include the just-ended GARFA Division 2 Middle League Playoffs, which saw Still Believe crowned champions.

IMax Media has, over the years, also served as a reliable partner to the GARFA office, using their channel as a medium to help propagate authentic and very educative information to the public in the quest to help improve football not just in the Greater Accra region but Ghana as a whole.

Chairman Samuel Aboabire presented a symbolic trophy to the CEO of IMax Media (Max TV), Maxwell Techie, to express their profound appreciation to him and his entire staff for their selfless and steadfast support towards the improvement of football.

The presentation was done at the premises of IMax Media (Max TV) in Accra on Tuesday, July 4, 2023.
