The Greater Accra Football Association has constituted a security and safety committee.
The Executive Council of the Greater Accra Football Association (GARFA) has appointed ACP Lydia Donkor as Chairperson for the Safety and Security Committee.
As explained by the Vice Chairman of the Association, Mr Godwin Kwao, the core mandate of the committee is to train club stewards and District safety and security officers.
They are to see the welfare of stakeholders especially with fans.
