The Regional Football Association in conjunction with the Ghana Football Association have unleashed a coaching project .
This project is to train coaches at the districts level and upgrade their technical abilities.
This initiative is machined by the RFA with the aid of the GFA to develop coaches at the grassroots level .
This project was made official today after a meeting between the RFA ,District Chairmen and the approved technical directors .
These technical directors is made up of six coaches and comprises of some experience coaches so far as coaching is concern .
These coaches are Coach Anita Wiredu Mintah ,Ciach Tabasu Abu Kassim Coach Hudu Ibrahim ,Coach Dauda Luterodt among others .
The aim if this wonderful program is to help upgrade the coaches within the district ,uplift their technical knowledge in order to help better our juvenile system in the region .
The district chairmen must aid the technical directors anytime they visit the district and provide a good ambience for the coaches for them to have a sound mind when training the district coaches ,this was said by the RFA boss, Mr Samuel Aboabire .
The developing of coaches will see the technical directors organizing symposiums ,classes and practical sessions for the grassroots coaches .
The coaches will be assigned to the various districts which they will serve as heads in that district .
This will see the assigned coaches to be making quarterly reports to the RFA for further risk management .
