GARFA Division 2 Middle League is scheduled to be launched on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 with an official kickoff off on Saturday, June 17, 2023.
The Champions of all 6 Zones shall Clash at GARFA Division Two Middle League to determine a befitting Champion and qualifier to the Division One League of the Ghana Football Association.
